Friedrich Stoltzfus 270cef2405 macOS: rename c struct, relocate QuickTerminalSize file
Renamed the ghostty_quick_terminal_size_u to
ghostty_quick_terminal_size_s and moved the QuickTerminalSize file to
the Ghostty folder as requested.
